Refund policy

Every Good Dog Club item is printed to order specifically for you. Because of that we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If something's wrong, we'll fix it. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or the wrong item: email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll remake and reship it free. No need to send anything back.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll reship once you cover the shipping cost.
